Ravager's Mantle is very similar to the Drakesfire and may be a bit easier to find on the AH.

It's a vanilla world drop, but appears occasionally on the AH since it has a higher drop rate off of vanilla Nef and Rag. It's awesome looking and, unlike Herod's, covers both shoulders.

The best option by far, imo, is Drakesfire Epaulets.
